Footwork Only

1. A: Moving hands to behind the back, step towards B with right foot into right walking stance. Right foot should be on the outside of the defender’s left foot.
D: Moving hands to behind the back , step back with right foot into left walking stance.

2. A: Step forward with left foot to form left walking stance. Left foot should be on the inside of the defender’s right foot.
D: Step back with the left foot to form right walking stance.

3. A: Step forward with right foot to form right walking stance. Right foot should be on the outside of the defender’s left foot.
D: Step back with the right foot to form left walking stance.
